Refund policy
Our goal is for every customer to be satisfied with their J. Mueser purchase. If that isn't the case, we happily accept returns for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your items.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn and unused with its tags and original packaging and free from any condition that would prevent it from being sold as new. We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been hemmed, altered, or are final sale. Custom, MTM, and bespoke items are also ineligible for returns or exchanges.
To start a return or exchange, please send an email to team@JMueser.com with your order number and what you would like to return. We will provide you with a return label. Once we've received the returned item, Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed. If more than 14 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at team@JMueser.com.
USA Returns & Exchanges
We offer free shipping on returns & exchanges within the USA. Please contact team@JMueser.com with your order number and your exchange request and we will supply you with a return label and will set aside your new item for shipment.
Once we receive your returned item back, we will ship out your exchanged item.
International Returns & Exchanges
For International orders, returns are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact team@JMueser.com to initiate your return and provide us with your order number and return tracking information.
We do not offer exchanges on International orders. If you would like to make an exchange, please return the original item and place a separate order for the newly desired item.
